Browns Shoes Selects OrderDynamics OMS to Enhance Omni-Channel Visionary Status

 OrderDynamics will roll out shipment consolidation capabilities to improve Browns Shoes efficiency and effectiveness with ship-from-store services

 TORONTO – May 25, 2017 – OrderDynamics, the leading cloud Retail Order Management System (OMS) provider, announced today that Browns Shoes, the leading fashion footwear retailer in Canada, has selected the OrderDynamics OMS to enhance their omni-channel capabilities. The new system will help Browns consolidate orders, bringing the right products to key ship-from-store optimized locations. It will allow Browns to consolidate a customer’s complete order into a single shipment while leveraging in-store inventory to fulfill consumer purchases.

Browns Shoes, a family-owned business established in Montreal in 1940, owns and operates more than 60 retail stores throughout Canada and has a strong eCommerce presence. To support their robust business growth and address their increasingly complex omni-channel needs, Browns recognized the need to update their current OMS. Working with Deloitte Consulting, Browns evaluated all major order management providers before ultimately selecting OrderDynamics.
