eCommerce Availability and Scalability
OrderDynamics has been designed to be secure, high performance, and scalable in
a SaaS delivery model. Our multi-tenant eCommerce environment deploys in an N+1
configuration with complete application and database isolation. This guarantees
data security while allowing you to implement custom features or integration points.
The OrderDynamics on-demand platform is built on clustered virtualization technology
with no single points of failure and is optimized to run our eCommerce Software.
OrderDynamics provides the people, processes, and technology to deliver the highest
levels of website reliability possible.
Capacity Management
Maintaining website performance through peak loads is made possible through our
IT Service Management (ITSM) processes such as Availability and Capacity Management.
We work collaboratively with our Clients to ensure our platform has the needed network,
servers, and storage to deliver the response times we guarantee in our Service Level
Agreements (SLA). Through a defined notification process, we can anticipate additional
traffic to your website and take appropriate steps to manage capacity. In addition,
OrderDynamics always maintains over 100% of production runtime capacity and an additional
100% capacity is made available on-demand. The end result is smooth, high performance
websites without the cost of maintaining datacenter infrastructure.
Service Level Management
OrderDynamics includes third party availability and performance monitoring with reporting
for every website we maintain. On a monthly basis, our Clients are provided reports
of eStore availability and performance, which is used to manage our SLA.
