Implementing or changing eCommerce systems can be time consuming, costly, distracting, and often difficult to justify in terms of Return on Investment (ROI). This issue is exacerbated when in-house resources and expertise aren't readily available or don't have experience implementing a successful online sales channel.

OrderDynamics understands these issues intimately, which is why we place a significant emphasis on planning your eCommerce journey with you. We not only help with the planning but we do most of the work, addressing all the important things through our comprehensive engagement process.

Trusted Advisor

OrderDynamics is less complicated and more efficient to implement than other IT projects since it's delivered over the Internet as a service (Software-as-a-Service or SaaS) and doesn't require hardware, software, or other resources at your premises. In addition, our Dynamic Merchandising concepts and software tools provides a proven approach for growing online sales. This means you get to focus exclusively on eStore branding and actually using the software. In addition, the OrderDynamics team sits alongside our Customers as a trusted advisor, to build an implementation plan that includes all parties involved in the project.

Deep Understanding

We work closely with the marketing and design team to ensure eStore requirements are planned for. Our eStore website services are standards-based, well documented, and modular allowing design firms to focus on site design and layout rather than HTML coding, maintenance, or application development.

"Customer's get the most out of their solution with training on Dynamic Merchandising."

Integration and Migration

The OrderDynamics team is also plugged in to all major payment gateways, accounting systems, data aggregators, shipping companies, and Point of Sale (POS) systems making overall data integration seamless and hassle free. Where OrderDynamics has not previously integrated with a system, we can quickly create middleware which is then made available to all Customers. This is largely due to the flexibility designed into the OrderDynamics software and the on-demand platform, but it is also our philosophy to be as flexible as possible to help Customers succeed.
