The Score Card process within OrderDynamics is a key tool used to track retailer progress against established goals. Specific
revenue and margin goals are set during the planning phase and the Score Card process is used to understand the progress
that is being made.
Using a combination of core ecommerce metrics, the score card performs time period analysis for the trailing quarter, trailing
month, and year over year periods. OrderDynamics uses industry best practice tools for analyzing important website metrics
including web analytics software and the Order Management System.
The Score Card reviews the merchants priorities and specific tactics on all frontend marketing and merchandising areas of
OrderDynamics. By breaking down key usage areas of the system, we can quickly determine areas of improvement or recommendations
to invest more heavily in areas that are showing positive results.
All Customer Care and Back Office processes are also assessed during the Score Card meetings. This ensures key operational
areas are evaluated for efficiencies and to improve the consumers experience with the merchant.
